A qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Thomas gained a top degree in Business Management at Newcastle University before going onto London's South Bank University to study Estate Management. Thomas has worked with a variety of UK estate agency firms across the property spectrum from residential to commercial to rural agency. He is experienced in valuation, rentals, sales and acquisitions of both London and rural real estate. Thomas has extensive experience in commercial property and joined Robert Bailey Property from a leading property consultancy where he trained in various investment and agency departments. He qualified there and specialised in advising Middle Eastern clients, including Sovereign Wealth Funds, Institutions, Banks, Government Ministers and high net worth individuals on real estate investment in the United Kingdom. Thomas works closely with Robert Bailey and Simon Pritchard-Smith to find both residential and commercial investment opportunities for private clients. His extensive network of contacts together with his professionalism and discretion prove invaluable in his role as a buying agent.
