Robert Bailey has been involved in Central London Residential agency since 1982. He brings a comprehensive knowledge of both the house and flat markets in London and has worked for years at the top end of the market for both companies and individuals.

For the past nine years he has worked solely in property acquisition, heading up the private client buying department for a leading London firm in Mayfair.

Robert was deeply involved in representing lessees on the Grosvenor Estate against Westminster City Council, in their fight for the reversion of the temporary office permissions.

Robert was also involved in the setting up of the Target Residential Property Fund where he advised the fund on all of their purchases within Mayfair and Belgravia. The fund was the largest residential property fund of its time and at its peak was worth well in excess of £110,000,000, making it the most successful open ended residential property fund of its time.

Robert has an in depth knowledge of all the Central areas of London, having acquired properties from Hampstead in the North, Battersea in the South, Covent Garden to the East and Chiswick in the West of London. He has a large number of personal contacts in the prime areas of Central London and excellent relationships with the vast majority of the more influential London Agents.
