area. We can then give an assessment as to the property’s tenure,
value and future investment potential. To give ultimate peace-of-mind,
we also provide evidence of the sale price of comparative properties
in the area to support our valuation.

the buyer accurate information, properly reported in an unbiased and
balanced manner. We can then guide them in making a measured decision
